Julie Charlotte Kristiansen er seniorkonsulent hos Vaar Consulting og hennes kjerneområder er offentlige anskaffelser og kontraktsrett. Hun fullførte sin mastergrad i rettsvitenskap ved Universitetet i Bergen, og har en L.LM-grad fra University of Minnesota Law School.

As a former procurement manager in a large state enterprise, Julie has developed extensive competence in conducting and assisting in large and strategic procurement processes. Therefore, she has good experience with, among other things, drafting tender documents, evaluating bids, handling requests for access, managing complaints, and other practical issues that can arise in connection with procurements and contract management. Through close collaboration with both clients and suppliers, Julie has gained experience that provides a solid basis for understanding the client's needs.
