Han har omfattende praktisk erfaring, god forretningsforståelse, kunnskap om IT-bransjen og med det offentlige som arbeidsgiver og kunde. Han har også omfattende erfaring med forhandlinger og tvistehåndtering med hovedvekt innen IT.

Thor possesses significant expertise related to the most widespread standard agreements within IT, including the Norwegian government's standard agreements and the Data Association's standard agreements. In addition, he has considerable experience with the standard agreements of central IT and cloud service providers, including their data processor agreements in relation to GDPR. He provides strategic consulting to a range of international and national clients within technology, privacy, and public procurement.

Thor has been involved in the development of new IT standard agreements and regularly conducts courses in his areas of specialization.
