Ida is a consultant at Vaar Consulting. She holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen and, since 2020, has worked both operationally and strategically with public procurement and contract law.

 

Ida has experience from all sides of the procurement process through her role as a procurement manager in a large state-owned enterprise. She has led projects of varying duration and size, and through this has worked with a wide range of issues related to public procurement and contract management. This experience has given her a solid understanding of how to ensure a structured process while also safeguarding the needs of both the contracting authority and the supplier before and after contract signing.

 

Ida emphasizes clear communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration and is committed to contributing to processes that are structured and constructive. She is solution-oriented and identifies opportunities within the framework of the regulations, ensuring that all parties involved experience a smooth process. As a person, she is cheerful and approachable, contributing to good cooperation both internally and externally.
